Now that we have an accurate TLE, we have a very nice pointing between UVSQsat-NG and SARAH ground station. The S band link provides good capacities to get data from space!

Hour and a half of Iridium ACARS ground station coverage compressed to a few seconds. Its not perfect, but it gives a good idea of the areas covered by this new (and somewhat tricky) mode. Check the main site for ACARS msgs and the github site for setting up a station.

Did you catch the stunning northern lights last week? 🤩 Remember the ones in May? After that last show, my little sibling EIVE detected the increased radiation levels using its RadFETs! 🌌✨Looking forward to seeing the effects of last week's event

The arms that grabbed the @SpaceX Starship rocket out of midair, with people on top, for scale.
Mandatory humans for scale photo. Very first look at the arms clean. From what I see the bumpers held up well

“One small catch for humanity” Here’s my composite image from IFT5, the moment rapidly reusable rocket booster technology was successfully tested for the first time. In future classrooms on Mars, this will be in their history books. Available in print for a short time.

Over the last few days, we have tried to determine the status of the 16U cubesat G-Space 1 (2023-060C / 56372) drifting along the GEO. Due to its current position, it can currently only be observed by our sensors at low elevation. Under these conditions, it is too faint to image

A low elevation overview of 6 out of 7 objects from the CERES-1 launch 2024-153. Recorded in a short time window of a few seconds, in which all objects were between the Earth's shadow and the local horizon.
