In storytelling, practise makes permanent. My son & I do an exercise here I did as an actor. Storytelling is 2-way & it is too easy to be "Yes But". Try more "Yes And" and the story will flow. Find a friend and do it! #storytelling #presentations.

This is just so real.
Despite filling my schedule with meetings, I feel lonely. Despite surrounding myself with others, I feel lonely. Despite having loving family & friends, I feel lonely. Despite having 54K followers, I feel lonely. The more I try to "solve" my loneliness, the more lonely I become.

Phrases that mean nothing will happen:.Leave it with me.I’ll have a word.I’ll see what I can find.Consider it done!.I’ll make some calls.I’ll think about it.Certainly a possibility.Let’s come back to that.Good idea.Maybe.It’s on my list.Might see you down there.I’ll look into it.
