The final evenings activity for our year 6 pupils was called the campfire. In the dark the children collected and sorted wood. They watched as the campfire was built and lit. They sang campfire songs and toasted marshmallows.

, Y6 explored how electricity travels by acting out the “human circuit.” Everyone held hands in a circle to complete the circuit. When connected, electricity travelled freely and the light lit up. Then one child broke the circuit and the light went out.
