Minimum wage just went up (quite rightly) by 9.7% -- roughly matches inflation. 5% feels more ideological than mathematical.

Crunched a few more specialties including Anaesthetics (for which the demand is enormous) all showing the same pattern of stagnation. (again as per prev tweet, does not control for MSRA/multiple applications per cycle)
