Stop the excuses, @DuquesneLight . Your infrastructure is embarrassing. That is why there is this huge outage! Not because of the storm. The reported outages don't even show up on the map. Finally fix it, hire help, get it done. 7 days? You should be ashamed of yourselves!.

Duquesne, you are ridiculuous! 7 days without power? What are you talking about? There is no damage, no fallen trees in our neighborhood, yet the power is out. #Pittsburgh remember this for the elections! The city has to make them take responsibility for their failure.
Storm update (2/4):.We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue assessing the widespread damage and determining restoration times. Given the severity of the destruction, some customers may be out of service for approximately 5-7 days, but many will be restored sooner.
