I'm watching with elation the fall of Assad and his barbaric regime. But also remembering in sorrow the many Syrians who needlessly lost their lives over the last decade because Putin, Iran, and Hezbollah propped up these killers, and we failed to stop them. 1/ THREAD

Sub-par marks for @AmexCanada on my past few trips. One of the main reasons I have an AMEX card is to access airport lounges for work. Yet on recent trips, every lounge fr their partner @plaza_network had a waitlist. Any plans to deliver on promised access, @AmexBusiness?

In the past 15 years I have travelled the world for work and spent a lot of time in airports. I have to rank @TorontoPearson at or near the bottom. Facilities, cleanliness, time through security, on-time flights, baggage handling - it’s a lottery of disappointment.
