I met @BriChristophers as a summer Gateways student at Cornell in 2019. @alexadigun3 is the first person to ever mention a MD-PhD program to me when we were both freshman in Harvards summer research program in 2018 (she was obviously ahead of the game).

Itās an honor & privilege to don my white coat as I begin my MD-PhD training. In the last 60 YEARS, only ~200 black men have pursued & finished a MD-PhD. Knowing I will join their ranks one day is a blessing & Iām so thankful to God & my Village that got me here! šš¾šØš¾āāļøš©ŗ
