Premier @Dave_Eby to Canadians: “Keep it up. Keep buying Canadian. Keep your vacations Canadian. We won’t take these attacks on our jobs, our economy and our sovereignty, lying down. We’ll stand strong together.” 🇨🇦 https://t.co/UCc1JoaOKj

The days of relying on one trading partner are over. We must find opportunity elsewhere, to diversify our sector. That’s why the Forestry Innovation Investment will be opening a new office in the UK. 🔗 https://t.co/xjJBSRrUvX #ForestryBC #BCForestr

BC pushed hard for these changes. Thanks to @NikiSharma2’s leadership, Ottawa’s bail reforms mean stronger rules to keep repeat violent offenders off our streets and better protection for victims. Proud to see our advocacy deliver results. Read more here:

We’re in a transition. Although it may feel uncertain at times, we know where we’re headed. BC will be the beating heart of our national economy. Through our natural resources, through our industry and innovation, and most importantly, through our incredible workers. #bcpoli

Trump’s tariffs are nothing more than a trade temper tantrum. And it needs to stop now. How are you going to build homes for families? Call Putin, or lift these tariffs? It’s one. Or the other. #bcpoli #cdnpoli

It’s important to speak directly to Americans looking to build home or renovate. Their costs are going up – because Donald Trump has slapped additional tariffs on top of already unfair softwood duties. We didn’t do it, so we shouldn’t wear it.

Trump is frustrated that here in Canada, we’re trying to get the truth across to our American neighbours: Tariffs raise costs on working families in Canada and the US. And they’re giving a boost to Russian forestry. This won’t stop us from fighting for workers. #bcpoli

Americans need to hear how tariffs raise prices. We’re making ads to defend British Columbia and Canada’s forestry workers. Our wood faces higher US tariffs than Russia. Absurd. Truth will win! https://t.co/Jaaop8Fq10

Let’s look out for each other by getting vaccinated. Vaccines are free, safe, easy to access and available to everyone six months and older.

If you’ve got friends, family, clients, business partners down in the US, give them a call this week. Tell them about the reality of this tariff madness, and the effect it's having here at home, on working people. We all have a role to play in sending a clear message. #bcpoli

OneBC continues to spread dangerous misinformation about vaccines. Fortunately, we don't listen to RFK Jr. We listen to Canadian scientists and experts - and that's why more doctors are moving to BC.

If you’re seriously ill or injured, you shouldn’t have to worry about taking time off to get the treatment you need. We’re introducing 27 weeks of unpaid, job-protected medical leave, so you can have peace of mind knowing your job is safe while you recover.

Today, Premier Eby rose to push back on Trump’s tariffs. They’re an assault on #BCForestry workers, families and communities. And they’re harming the US too - homeowners & the building sector. We must connect with our neighbours and send a clear message: tariffs hurt everyone.

That comment was completely out of line, inappropriate, sexist and unbecoming of someone who wants to be Premier of BC. @amboultbee deserves basic respect, as does anyone who serves their community. #bcpoli

Premier @Dave_Eby calls for unity as Trump attacks BC’s forest sector. The call to action for every MLA & British Columbian: call those you know in the USA. Tell them these tariffs hurt everyone. Tell them Canadians will always stand up for fairness, for jobs, for our country. 🇨🇦

Soon enough, it will be Trump’s constituents leading the charge against these softwood tariffs. Because US home prices will continue to climb. It might be most felt here in BC, but it won’t go unnoticed in the States. They’re already catching on. #BCForestry #bcpoli

With Donald Trump’s continued attacks on our workers and our economy, we have to defend BC jobs and protect workers. We have to build. By building — we create good jobs, real partnerships with First Nations, and long-term prosperity for communities.
