Calories is a scientific term measuring energy released when burned. Like with literal fire. It is not a measurement of metabolism. "Caloric deficit" is a made up term and actually quite imprecise when it comes to how individual bodies utilize food. It's not the same day to day.
so if people don't think it's calories that make you gain or lose weight, what exactly DO THEY THINK IT IS???? . if you locked 10 obese people in a room with no food what would happen to them?? they would just stay the same???? . i genuinely don't understand this "logic".
