There is nuance to the way you use the wordโ€” in terms of โ€œwe need to resource the teamโ€ โ€” sure. But โ€œI need to more this resource off the projectโ€ โ€” that is just a person, and when we need to say it to remind ourselves we are indeed talking about a person and their work.
