I used to use "womxn" and thought I was being more inclusive, but I have since learned otherwise, and now I have changed my behavior!. It's ok to change your mind when you learn new things :).

There is nuance to the way you use the word— in terms of “we need to resource the team” — sure. But “I need to more this resource off the project” — that is just a person, and when we need to say it to remind ourselves we are indeed talking about a person and their work.
