#CAEP24 @_dorandrew shares a host of hacks on how to develop and optimize in-situ #sim. Look at departmental stats to pick a time with good staffing but relatively lower clinical load, keep it efficient, and send out a summary to expand learning impact for your department! #MedEd

You've probably heard that Bicarbonate has to turn into CO2 to raise the pH. “Don’t give bicarb if you can’t increase ventilation.” But how much CO2 is there in an amp of sodium bicarbonate? A bicarb 🧵 1/

Make no mistake the recent words of the premier touting the strength of our healthcare system are not anchored in reality. The many amazing healthcare workers battle a dysfunctional system to continue to deliver care despite the govt Let me help the premier understand better 1/

Lol. It’s an apt comparison. Whether Ukraine or vaccines, demands to debate the undebatable are similar to the abuse of polls questioning known facts. The goal is to create doubt and fabricate legitimacy for positions that cannot earn it.

I challenge @Kasparov63 to debate me on chess... and if he refuses, despite my offer of $100, that's because he is afraid and knows I'm a better player.

I challenge Michael Jordan to a debate on how to score despite a double team. If he does not accept my challenge, I am right about all basketball things, and Michael Jordan is wrong. This is legally binding, because I said it on a podcast.
