Up until early hours catching up over Prosecco/rosé/coffee with @TeresaCremin and @RS_Hargreaves, then up at 5:30am to run another 4k! And my run took me straight past @GreatOrmondSt! 💜. Next up, iced coffee, shower and ready for UKLA/NEU conference! .
