Sad to hear that Brian Patten has died. I've loved his poetry, it's gentle lyricism, since I first discovered it as part of Penguin Modern Poets 10: The Mersey Scene. This book, with poems by Patten, Henri and McGough changed my life and made me a writer. https://t.co/yJvX7xaYwP

We have started our new book ‘The Final Year’ by @EarlyTrain. We listened to the author read ‘Part One’ while we drew the image that formed in our minds. We think we are going to really enjoy this book!
