(Over)feeding trial: 1,000kJ extra sat fat, carbs or unsat fat. Each effected liver differntly. Read the study to find out, but in a nut shell (pun intended) sat fat produced worse results. https://t.co/C2B5hRbO8Z (based on the food choices I'd choose the unsat fat arm anyday!)
