So some things to note from my quick study of geographical centres.
1. No country has a regular shape, so finding a geographical centre is more of an estimate than actual spot.
2. Hence there're different ways to find a different ways to find a geographical centre.

All said and done, the road is graded iwell enough to get you to the Chogoria gate or as close as possible, even on a small car. I'm sure it gets worse in the rainy season and it's probably better in the drier season.

Kenyans have a non-community-affiliated accent. it's a national accent, that transcends class or geography. I learnt this in SA and was pleasantly surprised. As a Kenyan, it's hard to tell, but once you're told it exists, you start hearing it.
