7/ The cumulative objective of the above is to compel the employer to dismiss the person. See it for what it is: A coordinated, politically motivated campaign to silence dissent and to give cover to a racist colonial state committing a genocide.

6/ Finally, legal threats: A law firm representing the complainant(s) warns of consequences if the employer fails to act. Now, the pressure is legal, political, reputational and often overwhelming.

5/ Soon after, a local councillor or an MP may contact the employer, expressing concern about “rising antisemitism” and pushing for a response. It now appears to be a political issue, not just an internal HR matter.

4/ Then media inquiries arrive, usually from pro-Israel or Zionist-leaning outlets, “requesting comment” for an upcoming story. It’s part of the pressure campaign.

3/ Next, the employer receives a letter from an organisation claiming to represent the Jewish community or combat antisemitism. It demands action, typically disciplinary measures.

2/ Even a basic call for peace may be maliciously reframed as support for Hamas. e.g., “They didn’t mention hostages, so they must support terrorism.” Complainants often cite extreme emotional distress, trouble sleeping, or feeling safe at work as a result of the post.

1/ It usually starts with a person making a statement on Gaza, completely humanitarian in tone. Something even as simple as l: “Ceasefire now” or “End the violence.” In such a case, a complaint is lodged, often by a colleague, client, or patient alleging antisemitism.
