Together with the @VIBtechnologies SpatialCatalyst team, we developed Sparrow as a scalable, modular and interactive workflow for large-scale spatial omics data processing. Sparrow supports lazy loading, and is interoperable with SpatialData and Napari

In collaboration with the labs of @lab_marine and @HildeNelissen we also applied Sparrow to melanoma and Maize shoot apical meristems showing improved cell segmentation results

Together with the labs of @MartinGuilliams and @KC_DC_01 we show that Sparrow significantly improves the interpretation of liver data, recovering more high-quality cells and better detection of cholangiocytes, fibroblasts and other cell types
