Musk & Co aren't proposing to charge people to *read* their content, the way eg @TheAtlantic does. They fear that people wouldn't pay for Twitter content. So their plan instead is to charge potential victims of fraud by their company to pay their company to prevent the fraud.

Recently bought and then read in a day @ScottMercier1's new book, Win True. Very compelling and vivid portrait of his struggle to create a new working life after leaving a professional athletic career.
