IN FACT, sod it, I want to share this. It's not a typical shiny advertising testimonial. But it's absolutely, 100% valid, and we need to talk about outcomes like THIS more, not just the ones we think writers & funders want to hear about. I value you, anonymous writer.
ALSO, I want to say that less positive reviews are completely normal. We study the cases where we could have done better, and we think about the messaging that lies underneath sometimes real hurt and anger - this work is EVEN MORE IMPORTANT when you're working with artists/

Today we had one of our monthly @TLCUK Mindful Goal Setting Sessions with @LouiseTondeur. A writer expressed a wish to establish balance between wellbeing (my sense of self worth is not tied to whether or not I am published) and ambition (I don't want to not try). I love this ❤️
