today i realize that when i rotate my eye from right to left, the pupil not only changes direction but also physically moves leftward so im not just changing direction but also ever so slightly changing the position from which im intaking the visual information

I haven't done anything creative/intellectual in a month and I think it's because my sleep hygiene has been so good. I no longer stay up until 2am hypomanically planning a project or writing. I only exist during the dull responsible hours. It's like being circadianly castrated
