equal pay case hits a major milestone and sets the example for other sports. All of the speaking up, challenging the status quo and risking careers by current and former players has led to this day and a better future for women’s soccer in the U.S.
The USWNT and U.S. Soccer have reached a $24 million settlement agreement regarding equal pay claims.
The deal will end one of the most prominent pay cases in sports history.
U.S. Soccer has committed to providing equal pay going forward for the U.S. women’s and men’s teams ⚽️
