So true. This also applies to founders presenting their decks. @hosseeb best puts it - What are you building? Who are you (qualifications)? And how you building it?.
in crypto, we assume people have time. but the truth is: they don’t. they’re not going to read a 2,000 blog post, dig through docs or watch a 15 minutes explainer video just to figure out how an app works. if onboarding takes too long, they’ll bounce.if value prop isn’t clear.
