BUT! We should also consider the benefits of reducing burden on #PWD. Even holding TIR steady in the 70-80% range while reducing or removing the #Onus2Bolus is a win.

Great thanks to @Tims_Pants for his N=1 experiment, the results may foreshadow problems to come with insurance companies switching to newer, lower cost, lower accuracy sensors… a CGM is a CGM…right?
And secondly, which could you safely use in an Open Source #WeAreNotWaiting automated insulin delivery device? I wouldn't be comfortable with some of these. /10

Diabetes Cockpit is simply the best! There are no unique messages, just unique messengers. @DiabetesCockpit has been my go-to diabetes data messenger on the go. The cuteness of the app still makes me smile too! Just wish my TIR was different but time in happiness is off the scale

@SavvyDiabetic I want to ditch the RileyLink and have an in-warranty “digital syringe” to use w/ AAPS/DynamicISF. I don’t want to go back to counting carbs & solving differential equations in my head to get the results I’ve become used to, so no commercial closed-loop for the foreseeable future
