I hate this narrative that glibly says “tensions are rising.” The “tensions” are solely caused by a big country threatening & attacking a small country, its boats, and its people, in utter violation of int’l law. That’s not a problem of “tensions,” it’s a problem of imperialism.

Fun fact, the bag of plain instant oatmeal can be cooked exactly the same way as the individual packets that come in the carton, except you get way more food for your buck. I stopped buying the packets and just put in my own additions. Good money saver in this economy.
