Our wonderful nursing team on Ward 26 (Gen Med) have been testing the same change as peers on @wardd27WGH @Ward72WGH & Ward 15 - #improving their NEWS2 frequency in the day from 60 to 80%!๐ŸŽ‰One small change, spread across @WghLothian, really can make a big difference๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒŸ#teamwork
