Back on placement today! 🌞Walked in along the canals-great start to the day 📝Enjoyed doing assessments& therapy outdoors 🤸‍♀️Lovely to reconnect with my placement group 🃏🧠Discovered fun therapy games supporting attention, memory, pragmatics, emotional regulation & motor skills!

For Lent Ive given up IDDSI L7 diet! + as its @NHWeek Im eating out for lunch to see whats available for those on modified diets. Food options have been very limited across hospitals, education + social settings! Such an eye opening experience! ROLL ON EASTER! #DysphagiaAwareness

Today is #StrokePreventionDay & we’re focusing on high blood pressure, the biggest risk factor for stroke. Did you know that high blood pressure plays a part in about half of all strokes? Clair - therapy lead for stroke, shares some tips on how to reduce your levels.
