So today, I was one of the five 0530-1730 crews at Dudley, then three more start at 0545, and so on every 15 minutes or so for a couple of hours.

Twin sisters Julie and Karen, who work as PTS and a call assessor at Tollgate, joined Next Step West Midlands earlier this week to teach some life-saving skills to members of the community such as how to put a person in the recovery position, CPR and how to use a defibrillator.
