You can use any phone with the earbuds and watch without sacrificing functionality as far as i know.
Though i must say the apple watch and airpods are better than the Samsung counterparts. I Still prefer the galaxy watch since i hate square watches due to aesthetics

100% wasted energy. 16k... how big is this display supposed to be given its a touch screen? If its too big then you can't see the whole display whilst touching it and struggle to reach the top &bottom. If its small enough for comfortable touch use then 16k is wasted sharpness

Id rather have the island and thicker side & top bezels than the big chin & noticable asymmetry.
Super curved sides looks nicer but usability wise its not great either.

User experience is the biggest change as that's what i wanted. No crazy promises or over the top specs for the sake of it.
What was great on the s22 ultra is now Amazing and what was bad is now great.
We dont need 4k screens, 0 bezel, 6 cameras,16+ gb ram or 6000mah batterys

The thing is most people can't see the difference in sharpness but they deffo can tell the difference in smoothness. I have perfect vision and barely notice 1080p vs 2k
most people don't have perfect vision so they couldnt tell them apart, besides the iphone is 1080p and 60hz...

Beta 5 has become the best over all samsung software :)
Battery life has also improved a little but it will take ~1 weeks to take effect and you have to clear cache

One ui 6 has 99% that level of smoothness whilst being faster its a CLEAR WIN for Samsung. I've seen the animations and they are my favourite out of any ui.
They are more minimalistic ill say that though that's a good thing in my opinion. Makes it feel less childish &fast.

Iphone 14 pro max even though i love android. Don't get me wrong the 14 pro max is shit too due to hdr performance, software limitations,big mostly useless island, no 6x or 10x cam
But overall its still good in every aspect. 9/10 in all
Imo a Great phone needs to be balanced.

Ice...im aware that screen protectors only partially cover the bezels but...keep in mind.These were the screen protectors for the s22 line.
Note how the s22 ultra clearly indicates non symmetrical bezels?
I hope this proves it to you.

They aren't hurting anyone. Those that don't buy the premium version usually can't even if they wanted to. And the good thing about software is that once its developed it often doesn't result in a loss when stolen but rather no profit.

I value the perks of the s22 ultra much more personally but I'm not the average user. The average user will not be impressed by its exceptional features but notice its short comings like battery life , in app camera performance, mini software jitter etc

That said i used my god energy to edit reality. The s23 ultra will get a meaningful camera update. In may or latest june. S23 ultra will closely match other top cameras after the update. Noise, night, video, exposure ,colors &more to be improved

S23 ultra will utalise the display better for more efficency.
The reason the s22u doesn't is that samsung is afraid of micro stutters due to poor hardware &software performance.

The s23 ultra is easily ahead of the iphone 13pm and 14pm... hdr,color reproduction, sharpness, zoom range,weird ufo lense reflections at night (on the iphone), better night mode
And the thing is the s23u is still getting better where as the iphone has had all its camera updates

This view makes it easier to see that the z50u doesn't have a real bezel advantage but lacks soft curved sides for gestures & has horrible selfie quality. The z50 chin is equal in size to the s22 plus which was too small (bottom gesture =scratch the bezel)

- improved shadow texture & colors in day and night pics. Beyond pixel 7pro level
-9.5 -10.5 hr sot on dark mode for normal use
- more symmetrical bezels (ignore what ice universe says hes wrong)

You can already change animation speed in System ui tuner app.
Either use adb or the shizuki app to activate it. Then search for the animation speed setting in the ui section. Mine are all set to 0.19 seconds that's where app opening feels instant whilst still seeing animations
