A few realizations I had from the replies in this post: . —————————————. 1. EU fought hard to let users install third-party stores, browser engines and whatnot. But those are the same people who don’t even wanna install an app from the built-in App Store to share something with.
Apple would remove AirDrop in EU rather than opening it up to Android. EU is asking too much here. Asking a company to open up one of its products’ core features to a direct competitor for free is wild. None of us would do it if we were in their shoes.

Call me an Apple hater but I'm glad the EU is trying to open up Airdrop. I'm tired of forcing everyone to send me the media in document format.

After spending 24 hours with Liquid Glass, I have to say it has INSANE potential. More than anything we’ve ever seen in terms of UX. It has many rough edges, but once they’re ironed out, it’s gonna be beautiful as duck.

Chinese companies have got so many things right — especially camera hardware — but when it comes to software. These guys do no homework of their own and just copy-paste whatever Apple makes; good or bad.

I have dropped my plan to switch to Vivo X200 Pro and will stick to S25 Ultra. I spent some time with the X200 Pro in a store and the OS was every bit as garbage as people said it would be. It looked like something they'd make for an entry-level phone. 😭. I wouldn't be able to

I must say, the whole Apple Intelligence scene has put Apple in a spot it's never been in before. I've never seen Apple executives being so vulnerable like this.
