@ImposeCost I agree and fell much the same; the one thing I can point to that helped me tremendously was getting connected to @VeteranSec where amazing people, that have experienced a step-by-step process, are paying it forward and supporting others.

@godslittlemacro Another vote for @VeteranSec, great resource filled with Veterans willing to help and network. I’d also plug @FourBlock for general purpose (sometimes security focused) vet networking, @Veterati for micro-networking, and @acpvets for long-term 1:1 mentorship/networking.

Tried to pull off my sweater and the undershirt came off with it in front of god and everyone. Standing there, in public, arms stretched upwards like a rollercoaster rider, head hidden in the knot of clothes, I realize I can no longer be embarrassed. I’ve peaked. I fear nothing.
