The 2nd paper from our training study was accepted! ๐ findings: -F-v overload (OL) pulls produced largest โฌ๏ธ in SJ via โฌ๏ธmean force & โฌ๏ธโฑ -Submax & OL pulls had similar โฌ๏ธ in CMJ -Catch group = Trivial SJ & CMJ changes -OL had > โฌ๏ธ in ECC peak force during CMJ compared to Catch
