🚧 NOW: Construction can start at 5 a.m. during summer (May 1-Oct 15) to protect workers from extreme heat. AZ Senate Bill 1182 supersedes Tucson's sunrise-based rules. Concrete pours are allowed at 4 a.m. The City will update ordinances soon. Info:
