I am so proud of our football team. We battled and didnt give up. Not the outcome we wanted but we had a great season. To my seniors I cant thank you enough for all you guys did. You got the program going back in the right direction. Love all of you guys.

Not always easy being the coach's kid, but pretty proud of him today. He has been working on his depth, not a bad job, 365 x 2. This was his 3rd set at this weight. He has some lofty goals and only those kind of work will achieve them.

Even at the high school level. I really do think many know how much time is spent on the kids when you coach. Not just X's & O's. I know someone you could ask about how much time is spent, our families.

Great program lead by a great coach and staff and great players.
Hoisington was the class 2A runner-up in 2020. The Cardinals went into their first ever state title game 12-0 before dropping a close one 27-20 to Rossville. Cardinals are 71-13 under HC Zach Baird. Prepped for another big year in 2021.

Took 5 boys to Basehor to the powerlifting meet. They did awesome. All of them had PR's and we had some event winners and placers. Nick Herrman cam away as the champion of his weight class and age group. 800 lifters and these boys rocked. All their hard work paid off.

We ran 40's with our freelap timer for the 2nd time this winter. For at time we had 7 kids under 5.00, today we had 14. Spartan Cats are getting faster.

So proud of these 2 girls. They represented WCS girls and WCS soccer with 2 outstanding performances at 3A state weightlifting. First meet for both and Liberty gets 2nd overall and Bekah gets 3rd. 5 lbs separated them.

Some great energy with our off-season group. Today, at the end of our workout, we had a team bench competition. Everyone benched 70% of their max for as many reps as possible. Good stuff Spartans.

So proud of all our lifters today. Ben is the 3A 198 lb state champ. Nick tied for 1st in the 220 lb class but finished 2nd with the tie breaker. The girls finished 2nd & 3rd. Daniel finished 7th, just out of the medals. Clay and Colton had some meet PR's.
