My final year of coaching was my toughest. After a year of having the writing “ick”, I’m enjoying it again. Time to get back to finishing my book!

This is going to keep happening at D1 programs across the country. Incredibly sad.
WSU just cut all field events and is limiting sprints in track & field. Around 24 athletes (men & women) are left without events. Scholarships stay, but many may have to transfer. Cougs are going distance only. #RestinPeace
