Thanks @NOW - 10 episodes in of the excellent Poker Face, looking forward to the penultimate episode and.... NO SUBTITLES! As I have hearing difficulties, I rely on these to properly follow any TV/movie. Why do you do this? Is it a deliberate policy to upset your customers?
