Have you published lipid-protein interactome data? Please let us know, we’d love to include it in the repository. The goal is to build a centralized hub for the scientific community. Thanks to Gaelen Guzman, a graduate student/postdoc in the lab who built it from scratch.
We are proud to be a founding contributor to https://t.co/pzRYWSMmaI, a repository developed by @TheTafesseLab & Schultz lab to increase accessibility to proteomics data from multi-functionalized lipid analogs! Check out the website & preprint: https://t.co/OdFWCOYmtu

Thrilled to share that my new paper has been published at @NatureComms @NaturePortfolio. We conducted a genome-wide CRISPR screen in Toxoplasma gondii and identified GRA38, a dense granule protein, as a key regulator of lipid homeostasis in Toxo.

Congratulations Jay @JayXiaojunTan and the team! Very important work showing critical roles for lipids in lysosomal repair pathways. #lipidtime
Lysosomal vacuolation has been observed for decades in many diseases. Today in @ScienceMagazine, we report LYVAC/PDZD8-mediated directional, ER-to-lysosome lipid transfer as an essential mechanism for lysosomal vacuolation. https://t.co/yrklDE9plq

Excited to share our new preprint 🥳. We developed a high-affinity nanobody that binds MR1 & blocks MR1-restricted T cell activation, a powerful tool to dissect MR1 biology in infection, inflammation & cancer. https://t.co/cgOqNzdUgO
