Each of these broken builds typically requires branching the repo, 2 PRs to rosdistro to move Humble and Jazzy onto a non-main branch. PR to patch the CMake. New release, bloomed into Rolling (and Kilted too, if you want to avoid the deprecation warnings).

I've never been so happy to not be using ROS 1 as right now, during the merge-a-thon before a final Noetic sync. 17 PRs merged into ros_comm with less than a month to EOL 😬
