Sometimes the storyboard artists leave doodles in the margins. When we boarded Guiding Gregly, I drew Peter Griffin from Family Guy as a fake incidental. Usually it wouldn’t show up in the PDFs, but this was on a camera move which widens the frame. Got a legal note for that one.

FOR EXAMPLE this line is one of my favorites from the 4kids dub. It doesn't change the story at all, but it adds a little humor for the English speaking audience who wouldn't get the Japanese nuances of their more reaction-based humor.
I wish the current Pokémon dub could add random jokes that weren’t in the Japanese version. I miss the times where Professor Oak would say stuff like “oh, my lumbago!” or the Brock “frying pan/drying pan” stuff
