Buell Lab Undergrad Researcher Allie Gordon presented her work this semester at the @UGA_CollegeofAg Research Symposium today! . Allie was a huge aide in optimizing nuclei isolations from various plant species/tissues for the end goal of inputting into single cell experiments

Excited to see this work on Peruvian Algarrobo (Neltuma pallida) that we collaborated on published in G3!..N. pallida is threatened in it's native area and we hope that this work will ultimately serve as a launch point for conservation efforts.
