“First world problem” indeed; in fact my daughters were very understanding (apologizing for asking me to get them tickets after they read about the experience.) . But…c’mon.

We had three families working to try to get our daughters tickets, and none of us were successful. I *think* one problem was a UX issue; the prompt box asking for my code included (re-selected) options that my code didn’t work for, but my failure to deselect locked me out.

“Ticketmaster claimed that only 15 percent of customer “interactions across the site experienced issues,” . Huh. I guess my sample set of five buyers attempting to use our codes was just particularly unlucky?. SMH.
