Yesterday at Pinyao, I learned that China's federal banking system has origins in Shanxi province, where "escorts" were utilized to protect wagon transfers between counties. Also, that @DrMarkCheng might appreciate these guys' form and technique, if not vice versa. #MartialArts

This is just next level awesome! We knew there were countless health & training applications for @TaiCheng, but when you’re a mermaid...
Just started @TaiCheng in an effort to open up my hip flexors and combat the unique stress my unique underwater performing puts on my hips and pelvic floor. Can't get over the instant relief and also how it calms me down! wooo

Look at @TaiCheng through this lens, but let’s add one twist to it. Instead of asking if the exercise we’re doing is fun, let’s ask “Will this enable me to do things that are more fun than I’ve been able to do in years?” Get to it!

Just restarted Tai Cheng after several years of being distracted. I start my day with it. It compliments my kettlebell and jiu jitsu training, along with occasional yoga. At 47, I’ve never felt better. @DrMarkCheng @TaiCheng

This @TaiCheng paid infomercial program with @DickVanDyk has me hooked... the exercise DVDs theyre selling are specifically for people over the age of 65 that are struggling with balance...but I still think I’m going to buy it .........

This is a big part of the reason why I dig Dr. DiFrancesco’s work and EXACTLY why I created @TaiCheng for @Beachbody in the manner that I did. It’s still intensity, but the focus is unquestionably on quality movement! #fitness #LONGEVITY
When it comes to athletic durability, you need to play the long game. Training sessions don't exist in a vacuum. They're all connected and what happens today at the gym will absolutely impact what happens tomorrow, next week, next month; you get the point.
