Today we mark what should have been Sophie’s 8th birthday. Sophie died aged 4, whilst waiting for a heart transplant. Her parents,Abbie & Karl made the decision to offer Sophie’s organs for donation & Sophie went on to give her kidneys to two people. https://t.co/lIcMtsNGCT
