I looked at these contracts and I have my own fun fact. This is occurring because agencies (not just USAID) are buying subscriptions to Politico's Pro editorial product, not because Politico is getting grants or other federal funding.

These measures are already having an impact. @PPFA just challenged several different abortion restrictions in Missouri, citing the just-passed ballot initiative. https://t.co/zS6AHZLhtn

7 more states voted last night to protect, restore or expand abortion access. But for the first time since Dobbs, 3 GOP-led states defeated similar ballot measures. Here's what happened and what it means. https://t.co/WgcYPgEci9

Many people will continue struggling to come to terms with the election results, but there’s still a lot you can do: 1) Be irritable at work 2) Withdraw from people who love you/need you 3) Make an impulsive and self destructive major life decision

Montana, Nevada, Arizona, and Missouri voted for a woman's right to choose while simultaneously voting for the guy who stripped them of that right. Wild times.

As a result, I do not know whether we will be able to publish the needle. There are good reasons to bet against it, though perhaps there are scenarios where things are running super smoothly; alternately, we hit bugs at the start and there's no chance.

Trump used to oppose voting rights for felons like himself. In 2016 he said it was “so sad” that Democrats were trying to let felons vote and “cancel out the votes of both law enforcement and crime victims.” He said they “should not be allowed to vote.” https://t.co/MKyCBwmBk6

Trump is taking advantage of New York’s progressive felon enfranchisement laws to vote today. His home state of Florida is more restrictive about felons like himself voting, but Florida defers to the state where the felon was convicted, @CNN reports. https://t.co/xphs5pnQLb

While Florida generally makes it challenging for people in the state with felony convictions to regain their voting rights, former President Donald Trump had no issue casting a ballot for himself...
