Reminiscent of June ‘15 incident when Indian forces crossed into Myanmar. (Messaging mess then. What up Zaw Htay?) Seems very unlikely that Myanmar will denounce this given coziness between India and the junta even if they weren’t aware and they very well could have been.

Eadeh is well known to Hong Kongers, and pro-Beijing conspiracy theorists, she was smeared as a foreign hand behind the 2019 protests by state media after a photo was taken of her briefly meeting with Joshua Wong, Nathan Law and others.

Given his views on Israel and the fact Malaysia doesn't formally recognize the country, this should be interesting.
Looks like there likely will be a new US Ambassador to Malaysia, Nicholas Adams of Florida @NickAdamsinUSA has been nominated and will have to be approved by the Senate.
