Heya Rob, I'm sorry about this. We use super sticky labels to prevent the tickets from falling off, but seems they can be a little too sticky. I'll pass on the feedback and would suggest using warm water or a wet wipe to help remove the sticker and any residue 👍 - Olivia

When we launched in the UK in 1994, we changed the J to K to become TK Maxx to avoid confusion with a retailer which had a similar name. We knew our offer was unique so we wanted our name to be too!

Hi there, I can answer that one. The reason for the name difference is because when TJ Maxx came to England we had TJ Hughes and we didn't want to get mixed up. We took the next letter, K, and TK Maxx was born! - Nessa

So sorry! We need them to be extra sturdy to prevent them falling off in store but I can appreciate that their placement isn't always the best. Depending on the item, the sticky label and any residue should come off with a little warm soapy water- Richard

Hiya Jayne, We have to use super sticky labels, as they can fall off. My best advice would be to use warm water with a cloth or warm the glue up and it should wipe off 🧽. Hope this helps - Molly 😊

Really sorry about the sticky labels , they do their job of preventing ticket switching a little too well! The sticky label should come off with a little warm soapy water where appropriate to help remove the glue!

We're really sorry to hear this, what a shame about the nails! Probably the definition of irony, but one thing we recommend to help remove these is nail varnish remover. We are hoping to introduce new labels soon to help reduce these issues, so hopefully no more fallen nails!
