I only take the 7am flight - or better yet 6 or 5am if they have them. The planes are almost always without delay. You get to your destination with most of the day still ahead of you. Everyone on the plane is quiet and respectful. There's really no downside here
at some point you have to accept that you've aged out of 7am flights
