Happy to share our study on neutrophil-stroma interactions in the bone marrow of individuals with myeloma that came online last week. Work led by @maadulon who also did a great tweetorial! 👇.
My final PhD paper is out in @NatImmunol! 🥳. We previously identified inflammatory stroma in the #myeloma marrow🦴. But what is it doing there?. Here, we show it conspires with the most abundant marrow cell for long-term tumor support: the neutrophil!.

We have a new preprint describing bone marrow NK cells in multiple myeloma patients at diagnosis, during treatment, and disease relapse. This study was driven by the talented @Sabrin_Tahri, who also wrote a great tweetorial to summarize our findings 👇👇.
Excited to share a new preprint from @TCupedo lab where we used #scRNAseq and functional studies to investigate the composition and function of the bone marrow #NKcell compartment in #myeloma at diagnosis, during treatment, and at relapse.
