Exactly! It’s like inviting an infertile couple to a baby shower everyday and assume they feel happy being punched in the gut with the realisation of what they don’t have and maybe never can.
@docbhooshan I have never been able to see the point of “We celebrated our child’s birthday at an orphanage” thing. Seems particularly cruel to cut cake, distribute food in the company of those who don’t have family or parents.
