At 40 years, couldn’t run 1 km. 5 years later,completed Garhwal Run 74 km- Dehradun to Dhanolti in 10.49 hours, against the 11 hour cut off time. It is never late to start, keep believing in yourself and show up everyday. You are the best, you are your only competition. #running

Running one marathon 42.195 km is tough, running two consecutive one is easy. 84 km on the solapur highway. The road to success is non linear and paved with insurmountable hurdles, very few will say, I want to jump & see what is on the other side. You have to be the very few!

Middle class is one step away from Poverty, so while exercise, clean eating, no smoking and sound sleep is important, getting a comprehensive health cover for family and self is critical. Without health, you never know!.Have a safety net and pray you never get to use it.

Happy to inform, will pace the 10 km- 1.30 hour bus at Hyderabad Marathon. Have earlier paced the 42 km -6 hour bus. This is the slowest yet the fastest bus, Most of the runners in this bus will be attempting 10 k for the first time, and it will be a privilege to help them cross.

I neither have a car nor a driver in Bangalore. I offer the airline food and my apple to the Ola driver. I eat my apple, he eats the airline food and apple and we talk and enjoy our journey. End of tweet!🐥.

Easy health tips!. 1)No sugar in the morning, your glucose will spike and you will crave for more sugar throughout the day. In case you want to have a cookie/donut best time is after lunch as a dessert. 2)Dinner by max 7 pm and bed by 10 pm. 3)Stand every 30 minute to combat.

Sometimes I wonder how an average runner like me could run 36 hours inside a stadium. If we don’t dive into the unknown we will never know how capable we are. We are more powerful than what we think.

As you age, you have to reduce your carb intake and include proteins in your breakfast. Starting your day with Vada, Chole Bhature, Masala Dosa will deplete your energy by the end of the day. Eggs are good!.Also reduce coffee/tea intake and avoid aerated drinks.

When I started running at 40, I couldn’t run 100 meters, I struggled to make progress, ran in pain, in discomfort. Over time I made pain my companion, and found growth in discomfort. You can start from anywhere, any age. The key is to show up everyday and never give up!
