Landed in Mumbai in T2 & took the Aqua line all the way to Churchgate. Uber showed an eye-popping Rs 1,100 fare! Metro carried me for Rs 70 in AC comfort. That too with my Pune metro NCMC card. India works, sometimes! Beautifully.

The one thing that stayed with me from this video is how he says he paid the loan despite the losses and that there's no loan left to be repaid even to the banks. Compare that to some of the big loan defaulters we've had in our country who ran away with hundreds of crores unpaid.

A proof of just how unruly and devoid of civic sense some our people are is the fact that the BMC in certain areas of Mumbai had to replace the concrete painted black & white dividers with black & white tiles because it is easy to clean pan spit stains from tiles than concrete.
